Ingredients: Mountain water of Narai, Kinmon Nishiki rice from Azumino, Sake yeast (Kyokai No.7)

A gentle aroma reminiscent of white grapes and muscat unfolds with subtle herbal green notes. On the palate, a rich sweetness evocative of Kyoho grapes spreads alongside the soft, lingering umami of rice, while delicate sweetness and mild acidity create a beautifully balanced profile. Versatile enough to pair with both Japanese cuisine and richer Western or Chinese dishes, it complements dishes such as lobster bouillabaisse and Peking duck especially well.
