Tasting Notes

At first, a sweet and gentle aroma reminiscent of strawberry milk rises softly, while the rice’s umami unfolds gently across the palate. The finish is astonishingly smooth, creating an easy-drinking balance that never tires the senses.

It shines beautifully on its own but also pairs wonderfully with delicate Japanese dishes such as yuba sashimi, as well as Chinese-style crab ankake or Italian chestnut and mushroom risotto.
